Engineered for maximum flow and a refined, aggressive tone, the aFe Vulcan Series cat-back exhaust system is built specifically for the V6-3.0L twin-turbocharged Ford Bronco Raptor. This system is constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing to ensure long-term durability and high-flow performance. A mitered merge x-pipe balances exhaust pulses to maximize scavenging and minimize drone, while an acoustically tuned expansion chamber provides a deep, resonant exhaust note. For a premium finish, the system features dual 4-1/2 inch polished 304 stainless steel tips with laser-etched aFe POWER logos.
The Vulcan Series maintains the functionality of the Raptor's active exhaust by incorporating factory-style valves that utilize the OE exhaust valve motors. This allows for seamless integration with factory drive modes to regulate exhaust flow and volume based on throttle position. The system is 100% MIG-welded for race-proven strength and utilizes factory-style flanges and hangers for a secure, direct bolt-on installation without the need for cutting or permanent modifications.
