The aFe Power Momentum GT Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System is engineered to optimize airflow and reduce heat soak for the 5.0L Mustang engine. This system features a unique one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which uses the factory air inlet while adding an auxiliary inlet to pull additional cool air from the inner fender. A large, clear sight window allows for quick filter inspections without disassembling the intake tract.

At the core of this system is the Pro 5R performance air filter. This 8-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow filter utilizes five layers of progressively finer, pre-oiled cotton gauze media to provide maximum airflow for street and track applications. The intake is completed with a computer-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube that maintains consistent velocity and a perfect fit.
