The Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake System (MPN: 450-321) is a high-performance induction system engineered to replace the restrictive factory air box and intake tract. By isolating the intake air from engine heat and optimizing the flow path, this system increases horsepower and improves throttle response for both street and track applications.
The system features a custom-engineered, one-piece roto-molded air box that houses a premium Airaid oiled red media filter. Air is channeled through a cross-linked, high-density polyethylene (XLPE) intake tube, which has been computer-modeled to maintain precise mass air flow (MAF) readings. This ensures proper air-to-fuel ratios without the need for an ECU recalibration or custom tune.
