The AMP Research PowerStep XL (77106-01A) is a purpose-built electric running board solution specifically for lifted Ford Super Duty trucks. By integrating the step into a custom rocker rail, this system provides a 3-inch lower stepping surface than the standard PowerStep, significantly improving cab accessibility for high-clearance vehicles. The boards automatically deploy when a door is opened and retract flush against the rocker rail when closed, maintaining ground clearance and a clean exterior profile.
