This ARP 10-piece stud kit (MPN: 400-8023) offers a high-strength fastening solution for critical automotive components. Featuring M8 x 1.25 threads and a 45mm overall length, these studs are engineered for precision and reliability where standard bolts often fail. The broached design includes an internal hex at the end of the stud, allowing you to easily seat each piece using an Allen wrench before securing the nut.
Switching to a stud-and-nut combination provides superior clamping force and more accurate torque readings compared to traditional bolts. Studs also serve as a guide during assembly, making it much easier to align gaskets and manifolds while protecting the threads in your engine block or cylinder head from repetitive wear.
