The ATS Diesel Pulse Flow Manifold replaces the failure-prone factory one-piece unit with a high-performance 3-piece design. This multi-piece construction utilizes expansion joints to allow the cast iron to expand and contract during intense heat cycles. This specific design prevents the common issues of shrinking, warping, and cracking that often lead to broken manifold bolts, exhaust leaks, or damaged cylinder heads. The internal pulse flow design is engineered to optimize exhaust gas velocity, providing faster turbocharger spool-up and more efficient exhaust scavenging for improved performance and lower EGTs.
