The AutoMeter 2283 Radiator Hose Adapter provides a reliable solution for mounting water temperature gauge senders or probes when engine coolant passage ports are limited or inaccessible. This adapter installs directly inline with a 1.5-inch radiator hose, providing a stable mounting point for precise temperature monitoring.
Constructed from lightweight aluminum, this adapter is engineered to withstand the rigors of the cooling system environment. It is fully compatible with AutoMeter mechanical gauges, as well as Full Sweep and Short Sweep electric gauges, ensuring versatility across different instrumentation setups.
- Fits 1.5" (38.1mm) I.D. radiator hoses
- Pre-threaded for 3/8" NPT (0.375in NPTF) temperature ports
- Includes 3/8" NPT adapter specifically for AutoMeter mechanical temperature gauges
- CNC-machined aluminum construction for durability and corrosion resistance
