The AWE ColdFront Reservoir is a high-performance cooling upgrade designed to stabilize intake air temperatures (IATs) on modified 3.0T engines. CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, this reservoir plumbs directly into the heat exchanger circuit to increase total supercharger coolant capacity. By increasing the thermal mass of the system and utilizing a true flow-through design, it effectively reduces coolant temperatures before they reach the supercharger intercooler cores.
This unit features an anodized aluminum cap laser-etched with the AWE logo for a premium engine bay aesthetic and easy maintenance. It can be installed as a standalone upgrade with the factory heat exchanger or paired with the full AWE ColdFront system for maximum cooling efficiency. When used as part of the complete ColdFront system, this reservoir contributes to a significant reduction in coolant and intake air temperatures while doubling the coolant flow rate.
