This system replaces the narrow factory 2.73-inch tubing with a massive 3.5-inch constant-diameter tube, providing a 40% greater flow area than stock. By minimizing boost pressure loss between the intercooler and the intake manifold, this system increases air density for improved throttle response, quicker turbo spooling, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

Engineered for serious horsepower, the tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminized steel for smooth internal airflow. The kit includes heavy-duty 4- and 5-ply high-temperature silicone couplers paired with spring-loaded constant-tension clamps to prevent blown boots and boost leaks under high-pressure conditions. The powder-coated finish stops before the tube ends to ensure a superior grip on the couplers. This system is compatible with the factory intake elbow or the Banks Monster-Ram Gen 2.
