The Banks Power Revolver Exhaust Manifold System replaces the notoriously crack-prone factory manifold on the Jeep 4.0L inline-six with a high-durability, performance-oriented header. Engineered with 409 stainless steel and heavy-duty 1/2-inch thick flanges, this system is designed to withstand extreme thermal cycles without warping or leaking. The Revolver features a 6-into-1 high-velocity collector with patented Power Pickle technology, which optimizes exhaust pulse action to maximize scavenging and torque output throughout the RPM range.

Installation is straightforward as the manifold is designed to bolt directly to the factory exhaust system. Each tube is mandrel-bent to ensure unrestricted flow, while the flanges are precision port-matched to the cylinder head to eliminate turbulence and slash backpressure.
