The Banks Power Monster-Ram Intake is engineered to optimize engine breathing by reducing the restrictive flow path of the factory intake. This direct-replacement casting increases boost by 1.23 PSI over stock without raising turbine backpressure, resulting in quicker throttle response and improved fuel efficiency. By delivering cooler, denser air to the engine, the Monster-Ram provides a foundation for increased power and performance.
The kit includes a 3.5-inch mandrel-bent boost tube to maximize airflow from the intercooler. The intake manifold itself is equipped with six 1/8-inch NPT ports, offering extensive expandability for pressure, temperature, or flow sensors. Each unit is CNC port-matched to the factory intake heater to ensure a seamless transition and zero-restriction flow.
