Fits select 2005-2010 Chrysler 300 C SRT8, Dodge Challenger SRT8, Dodge Charger SRT8, and Dodge Magnum SRT8 (6.1L).
BBK Performance shorty tuned length exhaust headers are engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for 6.1L Hemi SRT8 applications, replacing restrictive factory cast manifolds. These headers feature 1-7/8 inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing to provide unrestricted exhaust flow and improved scavenging waves, promoting more efficient combustion and improved throttle response. Built for heavy-duty use, they utilize 3/8-inch laser-cut flanges to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal under high heat.
Every set is robotically and precision hand-welded, then pressure tested to verify construction integrity. The titanium ceramic finish offers a durable barrier against corrosion while helping to reduce engine bay temperatures. This kit is a complete bolt-on solution designed to work with both factory and aftermarket mid-pipes.
