The BBK Performance High Flow X-pipe is engineered to reduce exhaust backpressure and maximize horsepower and torque on the 3-valve 4.6L Mustang engine. This mid-pipe features a unique center X-section designed to improve exhaust scavenging and extraction, delivering a deeper, more aggressive muscle car growl compared to the restrictive factory equipment.

Each pipe is constructed from 2.75-inch (2-3/4") 16-gauge aluminized steel tubing, CNC mandrel-bent to ensure consistent diameters and optimal flow through every curve. This system includes high-flow steel substrate catalytic converters that significantly increase exhaust volume while maintaining a direct-fit, bolt-on installation. These pipes are designed to mount directly to factory shorty headers or aftermarket equivalents and feature precision-placed O2 sensor bungs for a straightforward install.
