The BBK Power Plus Series 66mm throttle body is engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the restrictive factory unit on Ford 4.0L OHV engines. By increasing airflow by up to 30%, this upgrade improves horsepower, torque, and throttle response without requiring a custom tune. It is designed to work seamlessly with the factory ECU calibration and mounting points.
Each unit is CNC-machined from high-quality 356 aluminum casting and equipped with professional-grade internals, including double-sealed bearings and O-ringed throttle shafts for long-term reliability and vacuum-leak prevention. The assembly includes OEM-style die-stamped throttle linkages to ensure precise operation and a straightforward installation process.
