The BD Diesel Upgraded Exhaust Manifold Kit is engineered to eliminate the flow restrictions found in factory 6.6L Duramax manifolds, particularly the driver-side bottleneck present on 2001-2006 models. This kit provides a 5% increase in overall exhaust flow, improving the efficiency of exhaust gas transfer to the turbocharger for better performance and lower EGTs.

Constructed for long-term durability, these manifolds feature 65% thicker wall castings made from high-silicon ductile iron. This heavy-duty material choice specifically targets the common issues of warping and cracking found in thin-walled OE units. Each kit is a direct drop-in replacement and includes a pre-drilled, tapped pyrometer port on the driver's side manifold for easy EGT sensor integration.
