This BD Diesel exhaust manifold is engineered to resolve the cracking and leaking issues common to factory units on the 6.7L Cummins engine. Cast from high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold is specifically designed to withstand the extreme temperature cycling encountered during DPF regeneration cycles. The fully divided pulse design optimizes exhaust flow, while integrated precision slip joints allow the casting to expand and contract freely, virtually eliminating the cyclic thermal fatigue that leads to manifold failure.
