Fits select 2000-2024 Dodge Dakota, Durango, and Ram 1500/2500/3500, plus Jeep Grand Cherokee (6.7L / 4.7L). This BD Diesel Deep Sump Transmission Pan is engineered to prolong the life of your 545RFE or 68RFE transmission by significantly increasing fluid capacity and improving thermal management.
Constructed from heavy-duty cast aluminum, this pan features external heat-dissipating fins that actively pull heat away from the transmission fluid. The increased fluid volume—adding an extra 4.5 quarts over stock—ensures more stable operating temperatures during heavy towing or high-load conditions. Beyond cooling, the thick-walled aluminum design adds structural rigidity to the transmission case, helping to prevent case twisting under stress.
