The core features 200 micro-extruded passages that create turbulent oil flow for maximum heat transfer, rated at 33,930 BTU/HR and supporting over 30,000 GVW. To ensure consistent performance even at low speeds or while idling, the kit includes a thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10-inch electric fan pushing 800 CFM. The furnace-brazed rails are pressure tested to 300 psi for long-term reliability in high-pressure environments.

Installation is streamlined with the included Build-It-Yourself galvanized bracket kit and a pre-wired loomed harness featuring a fuse, relay, and plug-in connectors. Large 5/8-inch ports prevent inlet and outlet restrictions to maintain optimal flow.
