The Bilstein B6 Performance strut insert is a high-pressure gas monotube damper engineered as a direct performance upgrade for the factory front suspension on the E30 325iX. Designed specifically to be paired with the original equipment (OE) springs, these inserts provide increased damping control and lane stability without requiring a change to the vehicle's ride height or spring rate.
Utilizing Bilstein's signature gas-pressure technology and a 36mm monotube design, this insert offers consistent, fade-free performance by keeping the oil under pressure to prevent aeration. Each unit features application-specific valving to optimize the unique all-wheel-drive handling characteristics of the 325iX, ensuring improved tire grip and steering response in both daily driving and spirited conditions.
