The Bilstein B8 5165 series (25-331721) is a high-performance remote reservoir shock absorber engineered for custom off-road applications on light trucks and SUVs. Utilizing a 46mm monotube design, these shocks provide consistent, fade-free performance by increasing oil capacity for superior heat dissipation during aggressive driving. Each unit is equipped with a 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting, allowing for a clean and flexible installation in tight spaces.
These shocks feature self-adjusting deflective disc valving that reacts immediately to surface changes, ensuring maximum vehicle control and durability in harsh environments. The eyelet-to-eyelet mounting configuration includes 5/8-inch hourglass bushings for secure fitment and reduced vibration transfer.
