The BMR SB039R Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit is designed to reduce body roll and optimize handling balance for the 5th Generation Camaro. By replacing factory bars that use small-diameter tubing with low spring rates, this kit provides a significant upgrade in torsional stiffness. The bars are manufactured from heavy-wall 29mm front and 32mm rear DOM tubing for maximum resistance to deflection.
Every SB039R bar is CNC-formed for precise fitment and cold-formed to better resist torsional fatigue, ensuring the steel retains its memory longer than hot-formed alternatives. To prevent lateral movement during high-G cornering, BMR welds thrust washers directly to the bar to secure the mounting points. The kit includes 88-durometer polyurethane bushings with internal fluting to maintain lubrication, along with reinforced steel brackets to minimize mounting point flex.
