Unlike inferior springs that sag over time, BMR components are cold-wound on a CNC coiling machine using chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire for maximum durability and consistency.

Every spring undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including being compressed solid twice at the factory to ensure it takes a permanent set. They are stress-relieved at 750°F and shot-peened to remove residual surface stresses, followed by 100% computer testing to guarantee matching rates across pairs.
