Engineered for high-clearance truck and SUV applications, the Borla 401624 Universal Muffler features a long-body design ideal for managing exhaust volume without sacrificing flow. This muffler is constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability, backed by Borla's Million-Mile warranty.
This unit features un-notched nipples designed for a clean, weld-in installation. If clamping is preferred, the use of 3-inch wide band clamps is recommended. The straight-through, free-flow design utilizes high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic material to control sound while minimizing backpressure for improved performance. The natural mill finish provides a clean look out of the box and can be brushed or polished to your preference before installation.
