The Carli Suspension Extended Brake Line kit is engineered to provide the necessary length for increased wheel travel, specifically designed to complement the Carli Excursion 4.5-inch suspension system. By replacing factory rubber hoses, these lines eliminate the spongy feel common in heavy SUVs, delivering a consistently firm and responsive brake pedal.
Constructed for maximum durability and performance, these lines feature a multi-layer design: a Teflon inner core for fluid compatibility, a Kevlar braid for structural integrity, and a protective stainless steel outer wrap. This construction ensures virtually no volumetric expansion under hard braking. Every line is individually pressure tested to 4,500 PSI to ensure reliability under extreme conditions.
