Restore proper steering geometry and improve directional stability with the Carli 1-degree caster shim. When lifting a Super Duty, the front axle rotates, often resulting in a loss of positive caster that can lead to "flighty" steering or poor tracking. This shim provides 1 degree of positive caster to correct the alignment and improve the overall driving experience.
This hardware is specifically recommended for use with Carli 4.5-inch and 5.5-inch suspension systems to ensure the front end is dialed in correctly. It is a direct fit for the factory front axle housing, replacing the OE bushing to achieve the necessary adjustment.
