Engineering for performance, this Clutch Masters lightweight steel flywheel is designed to improve throttle response and reduce turbo lag by reducing rotational mass. Each flywheel is precision-manufactured in the USA, starting with a CAD-driven design that is CNC machined from a 1045 steel billet core. This material choice provides a durable, heat-resistant surface ideal for high-performance street and track applications.
To ensure smooth operation and longevity, every flywheel is zero-balanced to eliminate vibration. The steel core features a black oxide coating for enhanced rust prevention and a professional finish. This flywheel is SFI 1.2 Certified, making it legal and safe for competitive motorsports use. It is designed for seamless integration with Clutch Masters FX100-FX500 single disc clutch kits or their twin disc options.
