The Cognito 1.0-Inch Front Shock Extender Kit is engineered for leveling applications where Cognito upper control arms are paired with factory-length (OE) front shocks. This kit adds exactly 1 inch to the effective shock length, allowing the suspension to take full advantage of the increased droop travel provided by the Cognito control arms. By extending the shock reach, you prevent the shock from topping out prematurely, ensuring better ride quality and durability when using a leveling kit.
