The Cognito 110-P0980 7-inch Performance Lift Kit is a comprehensive suspension solution engineered to increase ground clearance while maintaining superior ride quality. This system utilizes a non-torsion bar drop design to correct CV joint angles and includes the SM Series Ball Joint Upper Control Arms. These boxed sheet metal arms are CNC robot welded and finished in a semi-gloss black powder coat, providing increased droop travel and corrected ball joint angles for lifted applications. To address common steering weaknesses in GM heavy-duty trucks, this kit includes the patented Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK), which stabilizes the center-link to eliminate forward and rearward movement.

Damping is handled by Fox 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir shocks, utilizing advanced valving technology to manage the increased mass of larger wheel and tire combinations. The kit also includes a 4-inch rear block and U-bolt set to level the stance, an HD front sway bar, and extended stainless steel brake lines.
