Unlike basic spacer kits that can over-extend factory joints, this system includes Cognito Uniball SM Series Upper Control Arms. These arms are engineered with corrected joint angles and 1.25-inch FK Rod Ends Uni-ball joints to maintain proper articulation and increase allowable droop travel for superior ride quality.

The lift is achieved through a combination of 0.75-inch heavy-duty steel strut spacers and 0.5-inch steel preload spacers, finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat. This setup provides 2.5 inches of front lift, allowing for up to 35x12.5-inch tires on a 9-inch wide wheel with 5.75-inch backspacing. The control arms also feature integrated provisions for Platinum model headlight sensors to maintain factory functionality.
