Address the cooling weak points of the BMW E6X V10 platform with the CSF Race-Spec Oil Cooler (MPN 8275). While the factory oil cooler utilizes an all-metal design, the original tube-and-fin core and brazed end tanks are prone to leaking under high pressure and thermal stress. CSF solves these failure points by replacing the fragile OE unit with a heavy-duty bar-and-plate core and 100% TIG-welded cast end tanks for maximum durability.

This upgraded unit provides 40% more cooling capacity and volume than the factory cooler. The core thickness is increased to 63mm (up from the 45mm OE unit) and features two additional cooling rows. The design includes a reinforced, braced return tube and a CNC-machined solid line connection block to ensure a secure, leak-free fit with factory oil lines. Finished in satin black for superior corrosion and debris protection, this cooler is a direct-fit performance upgrade that requires only minor trimming of the plastic shroud.
