Fits select 2014-2021 BMW i8, M2 Competition/CS, M3, and M4 (Base, CS, and GTS) models. This high-performance heat exchanger addresses the heat soak issues common to the S55 and B38 engines by maximizing thermal efficiency in the charge-air cooling system.

The CSF 8075V features a 2-row, 42mm dual-core utilizing exclusive B-tube technology. Unlike standard oval tubes, B-tubes are formed from a single piece of thin-walled aluminum with a supporting center seam, increasing surface area and structural integrity. A dual-pass flow structure forces coolant across the multi-louvered 6.5mm fins twice, ensuring significantly lower outlet temperatures than the single-pass OE unit.

Designed for a seamless installation, this heat exchanger is a true drop-in fit. It utilizes CNC-machined OEM-style mounting points and "Quick-Connect" inlet/outlet fittings to accommodate all factory hoses, brackets, the OEM X-brace, and existing air ducting without modification. This variant features a semi-gloss black finish for an understated, OEM+ aesthetic and includes a removable aluminum rock guard to protect the core from road debris.
