The CSF High-Performance Charge-Air-Cooler Set (CSF #8315) is a precision-engineered cooling solution for BMW’s high-output S63 and S68-powered SUVs. Developed in collaboration with Steve Dinan’s Carbahn, this kit provides a direct "drop-in fit" replacement for the factory liquid-to-air coolers. By utilizing 3D scanning and CFD analysis, CSF achieved a massive 100% increase in core volume over the OEM units without requiring any vehicle modifications.
Each cooler features one-piece seamless air inlet end tanks with integrated charge pipes for superior structural integrity and airflow. For high-horsepower builds, dual 1/8 NPT ports are integrated into the air outlet end tanks to allow for easy installation of E85 or methanol injection systems.
