The CSF 8217 High Performance Intercooler System is a precision-engineered cooling solution for the 992-generation Porsche 911. Developed in partnership with PWR, this system replaces the factory unit with Formula-1 grade intercooler cores. Unlike traditional heavy bar-and-plate designs, the PWR cores utilize rolled tubes and inner fins to achieve superior heat dissipation in a compact, lightweight package that weighs just 17 lbs.

Designed as a true "drop-in fit" upgrade, this system uses all factory mounting points, ducts, and shrouds for a straightforward installation. The 100% TIG-welded construction and CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks offer a massive strength increase over the OEM crimped plastic tanks, ensuring reliability under high-boost racing conditions and eliminating heat soak.
