The CSF by PWR RS6/RS7 Intercooler System is engineered to eliminate heat soak and significantly lower intake air temperatures (IATs) on the Audi C8 platform. This system utilizes a Formula-1 grade intercooler core produced through CSF’s strategic partnership with PWR. Unlike traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin designs, these cores feature two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins for maximum heat transfer efficiency. This construction ensures stable performance during extended track sessions or for vehicles running high-boost tunes and upgraded turbochargers.

Constructed with 100% TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks, this system replaces the factory-crimped cast aluminum tanks for superior durability under high pressure. The unit features OEM-style inlet and outlet connections to ensure a precise, drop-in fit with all factory components and sensors.
