The CSF 7229 is a high-performance cooling solution engineered to replace the aging factory unit in your R32. This all-aluminum radiator features a 2-row 42mm core that significantly increases fluid capacity and thermal efficiency. Utilizing CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, the internal cooling tubes are formed into a "B" shape to increase the surface area contact between the coolant and the tube wall, resulting in a heat transfer improvement of approximately 15% over standard oval tubes.
Constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum with a hand-brushed satin finish, this radiator is designed for a true "drop-in" fit. It features CNC-machined mounting pins and utilizes OEM-location fan shroud mounting points for a seamless installation. To accommodate aftermarket gauges, the radiator includes two integrated sensor ports: a 1/8th NPT port on the top end tank and an M16 x 1.5P port with a pre-installed plug.
