CSF "Level-Up" Charge-Air Cooler Manifold for 2020-2025 BMW M2/M3/M4 & X3 M/X4 M (S58) - Raw Billet (8233)

Fits 2020-2025 BMW M2, M3, M4, X3 M, and X4 M models equipped with the S58 engine.

The CSF "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold (CSF #8233) addresses a primary failure point on the S58 platform: the factory plastic manifold. While the OEM unit is prone to cracking and gasket failure at boost levels starting at 27 psi, this CNC-machined billet aluminum assembly is pressure tested to 120 psi. Developed in partnership with PWR and Studio RSR, it utilizes an F1-grade liquid-to-air bar-and-plate core to significantly reduce intake air temperatures (IATs) and minimize pressure drop in high-performance applications.

Beyond cooling efficiency, this manifold is a complete fueling and sensor solution for big-power builds. It features integrated port injection with an included fuel rail and integrated nitrous ports, both supplied with block-off bungs for those running standard setups. A KYLEX thermal spacer is included to resist heat soak from the cylinder head, ensuring consistent power delivery during extended track sessions.
