The CSF 8063 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered for custom forced induction builds requiring superior thermal management and high-boost durability. Designed for horizontal flow applications, this heavy-duty core measures 20" L x 12" H x 4" W and is rated to support up to 850 WHP.
Each core is hand-built in a clean-room environment using precise jigs and fixtures to ensure perfect alignment for end-tank welding. To guarantee reliability under extreme pressure, CSF pressure tests every unit to 120 psi. The core features a multi-louvered high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides, maximizing heat transfer efficiency without compromising structural integrity.
