The CSF 8067 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core provides a professional-grade foundation for custom high-horsepower cooling solutions. This horizontal cross-flow core is rated for up to 850 WHP and is engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of extreme boost applications. To ensure maximum reliability, each core is individually pressure tested to 120 psi before leaving the factory.
Constructed in a dedicated clean-room environment, these cores are hand-built using precision jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly straight profile for easy end-tank fabrication and welding. CSF utilizes a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides of the core to optimize heat transfer efficiency. The assembly is batch-brazed in state-of-the-art digital vacuum ovens, ensuring structural integrity and a clean surface for future welding.
