The CSF 8174 Magnum Intercooler Core is engineered for custom high-performance cooling systems requiring up to 900 WHP capacity. This heavy-duty bar and plate core provides a robust solution for extreme boost applications, offering superior thermal management and structural integrity compared to standard tube and fin designs.

Every CSF core is hand-assembled in a clean-room environment using specialized jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly straight core, facilitating easier welding of custom end tanks. The assembly is batch-brazed in a state-of-the-art digital vacuum oven and individually pressure tested to 120 psi. To maximize heat transfer, CSF utilizes a high-precision multi-louvered staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides of the core.
