The CSF 8200B Charge-Air Cooler Manifold is a professional-grade cooling solution for the second-generation B58 engine platform. While the OEM water-cooled intake manifold is adequate for stock vehicles, it is prone to heat soak and high intake air temperatures (IATs) on vehicles with bolt-on modifications, upgraded turbos, or performance tuning. This manifold utilizes a motorsports-grade bar-and-plate air-to-water intercooler core with 12 cooling rows—doubling the capacity of the factory 6-row unit—to maintain optimal IATs and prevent the ECU from pulling timing or entering limp mode during demanding racing conditions.

Designed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for optimized airflow, this manifold includes integrated bungs for port injection and 1/8" NPT ports for nitrous or methanol injection on each runner. The design also retains serviceability by allowing access to the spin-off oil filter without removing the manifold. Each unit is finished in a thermal black heat dispersion coating and pressure tested to ensure reliability up to 60 PSI.
