DEI Heat Sheath (MPN 93404) provides professional-grade protection for lines, hoses, and wiring harnesses prone to failure from extreme thermal exposure and abrasion. Engineered to slide over components, this sleeving is constructed from 19 oz high-temperature glass fiber insulation bonded to a heat-reflective aluminized surface. The material is reinforced with aramid thread for superior durability and flame-retardant performance in high-heat environments.
- Heat Performance: Withstands up to 500°F of direct heat and 2000°F of radiant heat.
- Construction: 19 oz glass fiber bonded to a durable aluminum outer layer for fluid and grime resistance.
- Flexibility: Pliable design allows for easy routing through tight bends without compromising heat reflection.
- Installation: Slide-over design requires unhooking the line or hose; easily trimmed to the exact length needed.
- Dimensions: 1-1/4 inch (1.25") Internal Diameter on a 50ft bulk spool.
