DEI Heat Sheath GOLD (10914) provides critical thermal protection for lines, hoses, and wiring looms exposed to high-heat environments. Engineered from a high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base, this sleeving reflects up to 90% of radiant heat to prevent fluid boiling, vapor lock, and wire insulation failure.
The sleeve is reinforced with aramid thread for superior abrasion resistance and flame-retardant performance. Its slide-on design ensures a secure, continuous barrier that maintains flexibility while protecting components up to 800°F. This 3/4-inch diameter sleeve is ideal for fuel lines, vacuum lines, and sensor harnesses in demanding automotive or industrial applications.
