The DEI Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve (MPN 10042) offers advanced thermal management for high-performance exhaust systems. Measuring 36 inches in length and sized specifically for 3-inch diameter tubing, this sleeve uses a proprietary titanium knit construction that maintains flexibility while providing a barrier against extreme radiant heat. It is an ideal solution for protecting sensitive engine components and reducing heat transfer into the vehicle cabin.
Designed for easy installation on complex assemblies, this knit sleeve can expand up to 1.5 times its resting diameter. This allows the material to slide easily over exhaust flanges, sensor bungs, and hangars without requiring complete disassembly of the exhaust system. The material can be trimmed to size and the ends rolled for a secure, fray-resistant finish.
