The do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit is a comprehensive cooling solution engineered to replace the restrictive factory intercooler and charge pipe system. Designed for the Volvo P1 chassis, this kit optimizes airflow and significantly reduces intake air temperatures (IAT), preventing heat soak during spirited driving or high-boost applications. The BigPack combines a high-flow aluminum intercooler with a complete piping kit to ensure your turbocharger operates at peak efficiency.
Construction features a robust aluminum core and mandrel-bent pressure pipes, providing a more direct path for charged air compared to the original equipment. The kit is finished with multi-layer reinforced silicone hoses in blue, providing both a custom aesthetic and superior pressure resistance over aged rubber factory lines.
