The DV8 Offroad TCBR-02 Tire Carrier reinforces the factory tailgate to handle the increased weight of oversized spare tires. Built from a combination of 4mm and 5mm steel, this carrier mounts directly to the factory hinge points to prevent tailgate sagging and structural fatigue. It features self-lubricating brass bushings for smooth operation and retains the factory opening capacity of over 150 degrees.

This bolt-on solution is finished in a micro-texture black powder coat and includes an integrated antenna/whip flag mount. To maintain safety and compliance with larger tires, the kit also provides a third brake light extension. It is fully compatible with all DV8 rear bumpers and the DV8 Rear License Plate Relocation Bracket.
