The DV8 Offroad Elite Series D-Ring Shackles (UNSK-01BL) are engineered for heavy-duty vehicle recovery, providing a secure connection point for the most demanding trail extractions. Forged from 1-1/16 inch thick steel, these shackles are rated for an 8-ton Working Load Limit (WLL) and a breaking strength exceeding 72,000 lbs. The heavy-duty black powder coat finish provides long-term corrosion resistance for external mounting.
These shackles feature a 7/8-inch chromoly pin designed to fit industry-standard D-ring mounts. Unlike traditional shackles, the Elite Series utilizes a flush pin design that sits level with the shackle body for a cleaner look and improved clearance. Installation and removal are handled via a standard 3/8-inch ratchet or chuck. To eliminate annoying trail chatter, each pair includes eight isolators in two different thicknesses (1/8-inch and 3/16-inch) to ensure a snug, rattle-free fit against your bumper.
