Engineered for high-stress recovery, the DV8 Offroad Elite Series D-Ring Shackles (UNSK-01GR) provide a high-strength connection point for off-road use. These shackles are forged from 1-1/16-inch thick steel, delivering a massive 72,000 lb breaking strength and a certified 8-ton working load limit (WLL). This makes them an essential upgrade for heavy-duty recovery on the trail.
The 7/8-inch chromoly pin features a flush-mount design that sits even with the shackle body. This low-profile aesthetic also improves security, as the pin is recessed and requires a 3/8-inch ratchet or chuck to tighten or loosen. To prevent the common issue of metal-on-metal rattling during daily driving, each kit includes two sets of isolators in 1/8-inch and 3/16-inch thicknesses to ensure a snug fit against your bumper or shackle tabs.
