Each rod is manufactured from a two-piece 4340 chromoly steel forging to ensure consistent grain flow and superior strength over factory cast units.
To maximize fatigue life, every rod is fully machined and shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers. These rods are delivered as a weight-matched set, ensuring a balanced rotating assembly for smooth operation at high RPMs. For maximum clamping force and security under load, the set comes equipped with high-tensile ARP 2000 bolts.
