The Enkei RPF1 is an industry icon, engineered using a twin-spoke design derived from Enkei's involvement with the McLaren Honda Formula One car. This design serves a dual purpose: it reduces aerodynamic drag and distributes stress more efficiently during high-speed cornering and heavy braking.
Constructed using Enkei’s proprietary MAT (Most Advanced Technology) process, this wheel undergoes a rim-rolling procedure that mimics the material properties of a forged wheel. The result is a lightweight, high-strength barrel that significantly reduces unsprung weight for improved suspension response and acceleration. This model features the Special Brilliant Coating (SBC) for a high-luster, chrome-like finish without the weight of traditional plating.
