The Fidanza 130301 Aluminum Flywheel is engineered to reduce rotational mass and significantly improve engine response. By reducing weight by 40-60% compared to heavy factory components, this flywheel allows the engine to reach its powerband faster, delivering quicker acceleration and more precise throttle control. This design lowers the Moment of Inertia (MOI) while maintaining the structural integrity required for high-performance driving.
Constructed from high-grade billet 6061 T6 or 2024 T4 aluminum, the flywheel body provides exceptional strength without the weight of steel. It features a heat-treated friction plate for optimal clutch grip and a replaceable hardened 1050 steel ring gear for long-term reliability. Unlike many aftermarket flywheels, the friction plate on the Fidanza 130301 is bolt-on and replaceable, allowing for easy servicing during clutch changes without needing to replace the entire assembly.
